We are a family company that provides total project management services – specialising in commercial, industrial and domestic building works, from multi-story office block renovation, commercial fit-outs and commercial and industrial landscaping.

INDUSTRIAL RENOVATION AND MAINTENANCE

Taylor Works have over 15 years’ experience working on industrial and commercial sites. We provide make good, fit outs and renovations for outgoing and incoming tenants. Our operations include managing, organising and coordinating works within our team and our preferred sub contractors to deliver cost-focused, customer driven results. We also focus on landscaping works and maintenance. We have extensive experience from the design phase through to install and maintenance. Our experience have ranged from large industrial sites to smaller inner city office pockets.

LANDSCAPING

Taylor works offers a professional landscape management service. We specialise in landscape consultancy service, which can then be followed by a design service, then offering a complete landscape management service through to landscape construction. With tertiary backgrounds in Environmental Science, Forestry and landscaping, Taylor Works have undertaken many industrial and commercial landscaping installs and carry out ongoing monthly maintenance. Some of our clients have been working with us for over 15 years. Over this time, we have gained the knowledge, innovative problem-solving, high safety standards and proactive approach to meeting property owner's needs. Some of our clients include: Fife Capital, PRIME Construction, Charter Hall, CBRE, Knight Frank and Police Services NSW.

COMMERCIAL

Our team has years of experience in renovating buildings to maximize value enhancement and increase rentable area. We work closely with some of Sydney's most market leading property fund managers. We have been able to perfect our skills and knowledge to creatively deliver value added outcomes. We have developed a diverse understanding of strategies and the knowledge we incorporate in our consulting and implement through our works.

RESIDENTIAL

Our team has years of experience in renovating homes. We work closely with architects to bring to life our client’s dream homes. We have had the pleasure of working on both new and heritage homes and we are proud to produce homes that have been published and award nominated.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Taylor Works started over 15 years ago as a general repairs and maintenance company. We still provide this service as it is the foundation of our Facilities management service. We currently are facility managers for multiple office buildings and industrial sites within NSW.
